What are your delivery hours?
We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery hours depend on each branch's operating hours. Visit our list of branches to find out more on specific delivery hours.
What areas are available for delivery?
Currently, we deliver within the hour to 1000 + Barangays throughout Metro Manila. Visit our website on the updated list of delivery zones.
Can I order from a branch that is outside my delivery zone?
Yes you can, but the delivery time may be extended, the food quality may vary (due to extended transport time), and there is an extra off-zone delivery fee that needs to be paid.
How long does a delivery order take to arrive?
If you are within the delivery zone, expect it to arrive within 50-minutes.
If you are outside the delivery zone delivery time may extend beyond 50-minutes.
How much advance notice do bulk orders require?
For Group Orders worth P5,000 or more, we suggest placing your order at least 3-hours before the expected delivery time.
For Party Packs, we suggest placing the order at least 24-hours before the expected delivery.
For Catering Bookings, we suggest at least 72-hours notice depending on the size of the event.
What is the delivery/service charge per order?
For delivery orders, there is a standard 12% delivery charge. For take-out, drive-thru, catering and reservation orders, there is a standard 12% service charge.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is P650.00. To find out more, call 287-7777.
What are my payment options?
We accept Cash, Card, Online, Mobile and twoanyone.com GC payments. We do not accept check payments.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within two (2) minutes from making the order.
